We have five year contract with them and they tell us that we have to pay them four years worth of their monthly service fee of $75.93 to get out of the contract, or about $3500. We have had numerous problems with the system over the year of their service and waited weeks, with numerous call backs with the, to get a technician out. That was a lie, and even that rep was gone in a couple of months. The Brinks rep promised ** that Brinks would have local technicians available whenever we experienced problems with their system or needed some form of service. We switched our alarm system from Vivint to Brinks in March 2022 because our service from Vivint was poor.
